​​Setting up your personal information​

​​To activate the option that can restore your account in case you forget your password, you must define your personal security information beforehand.

This information will​ allow our platform to connect with you on a device that you own (cellphone number, personal email address) to send you a secure code and finalize the resetting of your password.​


During your first connection, the platform will ask you to define your information
You will then be redirected to the personal information management portal and you will have to fill out at least one verification option.

  • Security questions (3 questions to define) ​
 ​As soon as this information will be defined, the functionality to restore an account when a password is forgotten will become accessible to you.​
